27/10/2009 - Base prices gone up

Just heard from my sales consultant at Coral Homes that the base prices for their homes have gone up as of 1st October 2009. My construction price just went up by 2K .... bummer !!!

26/10/2009 - Visited Coral Homes Display Village

I have finalized my floor plans for Fraser 232 with some structural changes. I have received my initial preliminary quote which is within my budget and am awaiting my bank loan approvals.

I intend on going to Coral this weekend to pay my deposit for the soil testing, etc.
